Big Diameter Roll Cutting Machine
The big diameter roll cutting machine is suitable for cutting larger diameter jambols into smaller sizes for subsequent processing. The circular blade can be moved back and forth and left and right on the cutter , making it convenient and quick to use.
 

 

Auxiliary Loading
Large diameter jambols are usually heavy and difficult to be moved by hand. The auxiliary feeding device can assist the operator to complete the feeding process, saving manpower, and only one worker is required to complete the operation.

 

Safety Shield
The large cutting machine uses a large diameter round knife with sharp edge, and it is easy to hurt people when the machine is running. The safety shield can isolate the round knife and the worker when the machine is running, prevent accidental injury and eliminate safety risks.

Cooling System
Spray nozzle with an air tube and a water tube, automatically spraying silicone oil, water or air(accroding costumor's materail) when cutting adhesive materails, reduce the  the extrusion between the material and the blade, and prevent the adhesive material from sticking to the blade.

PLC control system and touch screen, all parts of the machine can be displayed on the screen. 55 different cutting modes can be set according to costumers' needs. Easy and convenient for workers to operate.
