Single Shaft Roll Cutting Machine
The single-shaft cutting machine is suitable for cutting the long master coil into the specified width products, using the round knife to cut, the round knife can move around on the cutting table, convenient operation, high production efficiency. Suitable for cutting masking tape, double side tape, PVC tape, BOPP tape, kraft tape, etc.. 

 

Servo motor control cutting width, cutting angle, high precision.Straight line slide track, ball screw and servo motor precisely control to the left and right movement, cutting effectively. The blade cutting with angle can reduce the  the extrusion between the material and the blade, so that the cutting surface is more smooth, improve the quaility of the productions. 
 

Cooling System
Spray nozzle with an air tube and a water tube, automatically spraying silicone oil, water or air(accroding costumor's materail) when cutting adhesive materails, reduce the  the extrusion between the material and the blade, and prevent the adhesive material from sticking to the blade.

PLC control system and touch screen, all parts of the machine can be displayed on the screen. 55 different cutting modes can be set according to costumers' needs. Easy and convenient for workers to operate.
