Product Description

Suitable for slitting&rewinding all kinds of plastic films,paper,etc.

1.The motor unit adopts two-motor connective control with high speed,stable tension and  nice-looking products.
2.Programmable PLC automatic constant tension control.
3.Main drive uses rubber roller pressing type to make tension more stable.


4. Rewind part uses air shafts to ensure stable performance.
5.Clamping devices are installed in front of rewind unit to fix the after-slit material and keep after-slit tension and rewind position same.
6.Machine guide rollers are aluminum type,non-adhesive side with hard anodizing treatment,and anti-sticky treatment for adhesive side.

7.Edge waste treatment uses centrifugal fan.
8.Slitting part uses shear blades(side pick-up type) and razor blade,for slitting different materials.
9.Auto web guide device for rewind system.
10.Unwind system adopts connect type with shaft stand to save flooring space.
