2. Our unwind system employs a connect type shaft-less stand, with manual control for left and right movements.
3. The rewind section utilizes differential winding shafts to precisely maintain roll tension. Optional still air shafts can be incorporated.
4. Clamping devices are strategically installed at the front of the rewind unit to secure the slit materials, maintaining consistent tension and rewind positioning.
5. Our machine guide rollers are crafted from aluminum, featuring a hard anodizing treatment for durability.
6. Edge waste is managed by a servo center type spool winder system, enhancing efficiency.
7. The slitting section is equipped with shear blades, while the bottom blade shaft employs an air shaft. A razor blade system is also available as an option.
8. The splice table includes an air cylinder fixing device, facilitating rapid web connections and minimizing labor time.
