Automatic BOPP Slitting Machine
Suitable for cutting BOPP tape, cellphone tape, etc.. Motor unit adopts two-motor connective control with high speed, stable tension and nice looking products. Equipped with tension detecting device with Siemens PLC auto constant tension control system. All parts of the machine centralized touched screen control, easy to operate. After finishing slitting rewinding, the two shafts automatically exchange and non-stop working, making it can loading and unloading without stopping the machine.

Rewind System
Rewind press roller system adopts combined device of discontinuous movement and air pressure auxiliary control to ensure minimum distance between press roller and products, and also to ensure different materials converting. The rewind system can be changed easily from air shaft to differential shaft.

Waste Collecting System
Waste collect system can choose left-right moveable surface rewinding type, servo motor control center rewind type and blower fan collect type.
