Ten-shaft Exchange Roll Cutting Machine
Suitable for cutting various adhesive materials such as masking tapes, BOPP tapes, foam tapes,PVC tapes, medical tapes, double side tapes, etc.. Servo motor system for controling cutting width, high precision cutting performance. Adopt step motor system for blade angle setting, have automatic angle function. Ten shafts exchange cutting, five blades cutting,realize loading and unloading without stop the machine, and improve the product efficiency. PLC program concrol, touch panel operate. 

Straight line slide track, ball screw and servo motor percisionly control to the left and right leteral movement, cut effectively.

Cooling System
Spray nozzle with an air tube and a water tube, automatically spraying silicone oil, water or air(accroding costumor's materail) when cutting adhesive materails, reduce the  the extrusion between the material and the blade, and prevent the adhesive material from sticking to the blade.

PLC & Touch Screen
Equipped with PLC control system and touch screen, all function parts of the machine can be displayed on the screen. More than 10 kinds of cutting modes can be set in the system to fit different materials cutting.
