BFA-16 Fully Automatic Adhesive Tape Slitter Rewinder

Application
Suitable for mass production of super clear bopp packing tape, masking tape, duct tape, etc.

Feature
1)    Fully automatic operation for set-length rewind, tabbing, turret exchange, cut-off, core loading, finished tape output and packing.
2)    Stripping and corona treatment can be added between slitting and unwinding units.
3)    Pneumatic differential shafts are used, air pressure changes according to diameter, esp. suitable for big diameter rewinding.
4)    Slitting structure adopts razor blade and gear motor is used for adjusting blade height. Air score knives can also be installed to meet different demands.
5)    Spool trim winder for edge trimming with broken tape detecting function.
6)    Moveable noise hood is used for noise reduction.
7)    Whole set mould modularization for convenient change
8)    All driving adopts Germany Lenze AC servo motors for safety & reliance.
9)    Jumbo roll slitting and core loading process can be inspected through video.
10) Field bus distributed electric control system and MODEM card can be installed for remote control.
