Four-shaft Aotumatical Roll Cutting Machine
Suitable for cutting various adhesive materials such as BOPP tape, masking tape, double side tape, duct tape, medical tape, foam tape, etc.. Motor unit adopts three-motor connective control, servo motor control cutting width, cutting angle and blade movement. Equipped with Mitsubishi PLC control system, all parts of the machine can be controled on the touch screen, convinient to operate, easy trainning can operate. 

Straight line slide track, ball screw and servo motor percisionly control to the left and right leteral movement, cut effectively.

Cooling System
Spray nozzle with an air tube and a water tube, automatically spraying silicone oil, water or air(accroding costumor's materail) when cutting adhesive materails, reduce the  the extrusion between the material and the blade, and prevent the adhesive material from sticking to the blade.

PLC & Touch Screen
Equipped with PLC control system and touch screen, all function parts of the machine can be displayed on the screen. More than 10 kinds of cutting modes can be set in the system to fit different materials cutting.
