Single Shaft Roll Cutting Machine
Suitable for cutting various adhesive materials such as masking tape, PVC tape, BOPP tape, foam tape, duct tape, medical tape, etc.. Servo motor system for contorling cutting width, high precision cutting perfprmance and for blade feeding, stable and less maintenance. Has automatic blade feeding speed control function. PLC program control, touch screen operate. New style heavy tape tail stock design with safety protecting system.  Single shaft with single blade structure, can cut bigger diameter.
 

Cooling System
 Equipped with automatic spraying silicone oil cooling system, reduce friction between the blade and the material, make material cutting surface more smooth and beautiful.

Blade Rest
Straight line slide track, NSK ball screw and servo motor precisely control to the left and the right lateral movement, cutting efficiently. Servo motors control cutting width, cutting angle and blade movement, cutting precisely. 

Touch Screen
With PLC control and touch screen, all function parts of the machine ca be displayed on the screen, easy for workers to operate. And more than 50 kinds of cutting modes can be set in the system tu fit different materials' cutting.
