Application
Suitable for slitting rewinding self-adhesive sticker paper, art paper, release paper, etc.


Feature
1.       The motor unit adopts three-motor connective control with high speed, stable tension and nice looking products.
2.       It's equipped with tension detecting device with PLC auto constant tension control system.
3.       The rewind press roller system adopts combined device of discontinuous movement and air pressure auxiliary control to ensure minimum distance between press roller and products, and also to ensure different materials converting.
4.       Shaftless type unwinder system for fast operation.
5.       Equipped with splice table with double-slash.
6.       Rewind use differential shafts.
7.       Equipped with auto finished product unloader (with auto rotating & film wrapping function)
8.       Equipped with big motor fan for waste collecting.
9.       Equipped with moveable shear blade sets for easy size setting. Blades installed safety cover and clean device.
