RED-S Double-shaft Auto Rewinding machine is suitable for rewinding various materials such as BOPP tape, masking tape, medical tape, duct tape, gladd fibre tape, craft tape, etc..
Non-stop Loading &Unloading
Double rewinding are both air shafts. when the machine is running,the up rewinding shaft rotate while the down shaft dosen't rotate,This can be achieved on-line feeding and unloading, saving time and cost, as long as a worker can operate, which greatly reduce human costs and improve production efficiency.
Double Press Shaft
Smooth roller and embossed roller, better suited to work with adhesive and non-adhesive mother rolls, making the machine run more smoothly at high speeds, allowing the jambol to feed more smoothly, and solving the wrinkles that may occur during material rewinding from the source, resulting in a more beautiful and flat product.
Auto Cutting-off
